Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas (240 g drained)
  • 150 g Roasted Bell peppers Glass
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Harissa paste Can sub with Harissa Spice powder
  • 1 tbsp Tahini

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a blender.Place the drained chickpeas, roasted bell peppers, tahini, harissa paste, olive oil, cumin, and roasted paprika into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
    Blend for 1–2 minutes until the hummus becomes creamy and smooth.
  • Adjust the texture.
    If the hummus is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water or a little more olive oil and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and season.
    Add salt to taste if serving to adults or children over 12 months. Skip the salt for younger babies.
  • Serve.
    Transfer the hummus to a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. Garnish with chili flakes or crunchy roasted chickpeas if desired.
